  • Welcome to Bistro One46
Bistro One46 has become a favourite meeting place for friends and family from the Southern Highlands, the NSW South Coast and beyond. Located in Kangaroo Valley, the gateway to the Shoalhaven, this modest restaurant offers genuine hospitality with simple and authentic flavours throughout the menu.

It is the whole experience, not just the sumptuous meals that will have you coming back to Bistro One46 in Kangaroo Valley time and again. Using fresh, seasonal and local produce, chef Gerald Poelzl and wife Nicole aspire to provide more than just a meal - they want you to enjoy a wonderful South Coast dining experience. Try some local wines or beers to compliment your meal.

The Restaurant

The venue has been a restaurant for over thirty years - when the grapevine sheltering the balcony was first established. Though the valley has seen many changes, Bistro One46 is still the place to share meals and create memories. Enjoy lunch or dinner in a relaxed setting – on the grapevine covered verandah in warmer months or by the open-fireplace in winter – truly, a great place to dine, any time of year.

Monday/Tuesday 11.00am – 2.30pm

DINNER 5 nights
Open 5.30pm
Friday/Saturday - last orders 9.00pm
Sunday/Monday/Tuesday - last orders 8.30pm

CLOSED on Wednesday/Thursdays
and Friday lunch (Private functions welcome)
